Hi Friends, My Labor Certificate was approved in 20th Oct 2009. My ex-employer is now willing to file I-140 for me. I googled the validity period of LC and found 180 days in most of the sites. So I want to make sure, if the LC validity is 180 days after issuance.. Please let me know if this is correct or is there any way to increase to the validity of the LC period. Thanks in advance, Sanjay
