While i haven’t filed for k1 as i went thru spouse petition, i know about k1 if you have something to ask.

K1 Visa Timeline
NOA1: 1 to 3 Weeks. After you file the I-129F, you will get notification that the USCIS has received it (NOA1/Notice of Action 1).
NOA2: 5-7 Months. Quite likely the most frustrating wait. ...
NVC Notice: 2-3 Weeks. ...
Embassy Phase: 1-3 Months. ...
Visa Granted: 2-10 Days.

Spouse Petition time line.

Receipt Notice Issued: 2 Weeks from Date of Receipt of Marriage Petition

Approval Notice Issued: 4 Months from Date of Receipt of Marriage Petition (if petitioner is a U.S. citizen)

National Visa Center (NVC) Processing
Interview Notice Issued: 2-3 Months from Date of Receipt of Marriage Petition
