We are planning to request for visa extension for my mother in law. She has a stamp up to March 11, 2018. Has anyone applied for visa extension with such a short period of time left on their 6 month stay ? What do you guys suggest ? She came to US on september 2017.

I just applied mine, but i have like 38 days. Lets see how it goes. I would say you have nothing to loose .
