is there any way we can make our birth certificate here in USA with the help of any of our passport, college certificates or anything?
I need to get birth certificate asap. very urgent.

 You could ask with Nepal emabssy in DC.

But if that for GC then service center might ask you again the Birth Certificate from the same place where you were born.

You are better off getting it from Nepal. And when you submit your birth certificate, I heard, they send it to the research foundation or some for verification, and are verified by the native people. BTW, you could do within a week: get it from your birthplace, translate and FedEx. Good Luck though

 u can talk with one of lawer and make it overhere in US.you just need three person to verify your evidence.and notorize that paper.this the best way to make a docs overhere.

 I don't know the reason, why you need birth certificate. But if it for GC process, you don't need original. I had somebody in Nepal to attach birth certificate as pdf and send it via email. It worked on me. I don't know whether I answered your question.
