Maile I 130 file gareko october 2012 tira ho. Uscis ko case status ma initial review dekhairako cha. While looking at the visa bulletin, august ma ta f2a category current cha. Can anyone shed some light on me. Maile i 485 file garna ke milcha ki mildaina? Ani how long does it takes usually to get this i 130 approved?

If your priority date is current, you don't need to wait for your I-130 to be approved to file an I-485.
You can file an I-485 as early as the first day of your PD becoming current, in this case Aug 1, 2013.
