Dear Immigration gurus:

My father (US citizen) applied I-130 for me in 2003. However, my employer also processed for my Green Card and already got it a while ago.

Do I need to notify INS to cancel I-130? Please give me some information on this.

Regards

I think you need to fill out a form called Change of Status ,  You can always get more info on gov. website.

If you have already gotten your green card from your employment based application, then you can ask your father to just write a letter to the USCIS office where he filed the I-130 telling them that he wishes to withdraw his I-130 application for you. Don't forget to attach the receipt notice of that initial I-130 application with the letter so they know about the case. Make copy of that letter for your record.
