hi everyone, I am in a big confusion here. . I already have finished my MBA on 2007 and was on my opt.And now I am already back on my F1 but I don't have any visa left as I was given just 2 years of visa at the beginning. So, is it possible for me to get my f1 visa extended from Canada. And if so, do I have to prepare more stronger documents ? Please help me out.. thanks Mero sansar

I assume you are in US right now and in F1 status. So you should have new I-20 with the completion date stated. You don't need visa to stay here as long as you have non-expired I-20 (you can check the completion date in I-20) if you are back in F1 status. You need visa only to re-enter US. So if you are planning to go out of US then u need to apply for Visa to come back. So as long as you are staying here and have valid I-20, then you are fine.

thanks ark, well I am planning to go to Nepal this summer. So. I want to go to Nepal without feeling unsecured what if they reject my visa. As we all know they are too much moody. Basically i don;t want to take a chance.But i wonder how to enter canada for interview?
