| |
first apply the college u want to transfer, fill the application form and send photocopies of all ur document to that college (nepal transcript, passport, visa, I94, character, toefl/ielts). After that if college accept u than they will send u the acceptance latter, take the letter to International office of ur current University and fill of the exit form and sevis release form . after u enroll the class in new college than they will release the sevis and u are transfered.
