Seems like this week is the best week in sports for Nepal.After the thrashing of Afghanistan yesterday in football now its the turn of cricket.Today Nepal thrashed their latest opponent Myanmmar and humiliated the minnows.Nepal won the 45 over match in just 2 balls (0.2 overs),no no I am not talking about the match between my younger brother and me (on our roof),I am talking about an international match in the ongoing ACC tournamnet.I know it wont take me 2 balls to win against my brother,I can finish him up in just 1 balls most of the time lol..
Nepal won the toss and opted to field first and none of the batsmen of myanmar team could reach the double figures and they were just bundled out for a mere 10 runs in just 10.1 overs.Nepal's opening bowler Mehboob Alam took 7 wickets while captain of the nepalese team and other opening bowler Binod Das took 3 wickets.
Chasing the target of just 11 runs Nepal's both openers score 3 runs each in each ball they faced and other 5 wides ensured that Nepal register a huge win and major confidence booster before the quarters.
