Can Nepali passport replace Citizenship while applying NRN as my original citizenship is in Nepal? How much does it cost for NRN visa if i visit to Nepal for 40 days? How to apply for 5 year tourist visa. Is it possible to apply from new york ?

Thanks maxpayne Got it ;so it will be like 40$ to stay for 30 days and 2$ per day for 10 days =20$. Total =40$+20$=60$ if i stay for 40days . Just called Nepal Embassy DC -->As per them 5 year tourist visa can be obtained on arrival .Requirements include 160$ cash + 1PP photo + US passport with expiry date >6 months

Just apply for NRN card brother. $500 one time fee, and the NRN card is valid for 10 years. You'll still need NRN visa to stay in Nepal (at no additional cost). This is especially important if you wish to hold property in Nepal (houses, land)
