I was charged with a misdemeanor charge(Solicitation for prostitution) and I am pending a court appearance in April 30th 2016, I have no past criminal history atall.I have to travel recently  outside the country which is India from USA.

Whats your Immigration status?
if you are
a US citizen, of course you can.
a Dhoti, since you are traveling to India then mero turiii kha mu** dhoti..
a Nepali with asailam*** approved, Sure you can. Be ready to answer some tough questions at poe though!
a Nepali with f1/b1 or other Visa status, you can but your return is not guarantee..
