I have been looking for in class QA training and placement in the East Coast Area but haven't had any success in finding institute offering in class training. Please share if you have a contact information for such institute.

Most consultants are opting for online training only for QA. You should also look towards SAN administration, it does require some programming but its not that difficult. It has better scope than that of ba and qa.
