go to http://www.flcdatacenter.com. Click 'H1b data' for H1 approval/denial info and click 'PERM data' for GC approval/denial info. You'll have to download the database that's in MS Access format. Once you finish downloading the interested file, open it and search by employer. I did a quick search for labor applied last year and found 3 results. All of them approved.

You can also go to the following website and search by company's name. It'll search the database and returns results from 2000-2010.

Getting perm doesn't mean they actually get GC. But I think they try to make u stuck as long as possible. And at the mean time if u are in project and keep on pushing them, they will do it. I know at least one person who got GC through them and one who is in process. So it is case by case like many other desi crap
