This was long overdue. Nepal's system of relinquishing her citizens based on the latter acquiring that of the other countries defied common sense. Just because you get a piece of paper and a travel document from another country does not change what you are. Finally, the leaders in Nepal understood that. It's a win for all...

The NRNs does deserve the dual citizenship but it is rightly decided to give them special citizenship, without rights to any political activities including voting. Hura! Mera chhoraharu pani aba Nepalka citizens bhaye. I just want to renew my citizenship now.

I smell light sarcasm, albeit very true. If not यन आर यन,  "एन आर एन " is much better than just have a greencard aka "Parichaya patra".

Finally good thing now i can think about applying my citizenship in US .
