Pushpa lal resides Baitadi, Nepal had been selected for higher education in USA. Actualy he is my relative. Now I'm staying in Haiti which is very near to USA. As a UN employee it isnot difficult to visit to USA if his location, Ph.N. and e-mail address may be avaliable.
My request if any one know about him please send me e-mail as soon as possible. Thanka a lot for this cooperation.
